How enquiry information is handled

Privacy and your information

This page explains how Aplash G.K. handles enquiries, correspondence and optional analytics on this website. You can contact support@aplash.io with a question about your information.

Information we receive

The contact form sends your enquiry to support@aplash.io. It contains your name, email, company, country or region, product details, request type and message. The HS code, code jurisdiction, product link, manufacture country, Japan presence and Customs office are included when supplied.

The website processes the form to validate and send the message; enquiry correspondence is handled in the operator's mailbox. Document sharing is arranged directly after the first reply. Send only information relevant to the review and avoid passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal records.

How the information is used

Aplash G.K. uses your information to respond, assess product and importer facts, prepare a quote, carry out an accepted engagement and maintain the related correspondence. A service request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The website host and email provider process information needed to run the site and deliver the enquiry. If an engagement requires sharing with Customs or a relevant specialist, the information needed and the procedural arrangements are addressed with you as part of that work. Service providers may process data in their operating locations.

Technical data and abuse prevention

Requests include technical metadata needed to operate the website. The form uses an IP-derived identifier and a 15-minute rate-limit window to reduce abuse. A shared rate-limit service may be used when the site runs on several instances.

The document checklist and importer check keep their progress in the open page. The site does not upload checklist documents or issue an automatic product approval.

Analytics and your choice

When analytics is configured, the site uses Google Analytics with optional analytics storage governed by your choice. Select Essential only or Allow analytics, and reopen Analytics settings in the footer to change that choice.

The saved preference expires after 180 days. Analytics events describe page and request actions; the form's personal and product fields are excluded from event payloads. Essential form and navigation functions work with either choice.

Correspondence and privacy requests

Enquiry correspondence is kept for handling the request, an ensuing engagement and related follow-up or recordkeeping. Retention depends on those purposes and any applicable obligations. Ask the operator about the records associated with your enquiry.

Contact support@aplash.io to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy question. Identify the enquiry or engagement so the operator can locate the relevant correspondence, confirm the requester and explain the action available.
