Operator and contact
Aplash G.K., registered in Osaka, Japan, operates this website and contracts directly with clients for the service. Contact support@aplash.io about website information, quotes or an existing engagement.
These website terms describe the enquiry and engagement process. The accepted written agreement sets the terms for your particular review or appointment.
Enquiries, quotes and acceptance
Submitting the form requests a review or quote. The operator confirms the work, deliverables, relevant Customs office, fees, currency, payment instructions and timing in writing before agreed work starts.
The appointment scope identifies the non-resident importer, supporting documents and Form C No. 7500 work. Further Customs offices or additional tasks require their coverage and fees to be confirmed. Payment and invoicing follow the accepted engagement terms.
Information provided for the review
Provide accurate company, product, classification and transaction details. Identify the source of an existing HS code and supply specifications or supporting documents when requested. Tell the operator promptly if these facts change.
Review observations are based on the information supplied. Customs and relevant authorities determine the decisions within their remit. The initial product review is a preliminary assessment; a written Customs classification decision uses the advance-ruling process.
Appointment responsibilities
The client remains the importer and provides the commercial facts. Aplash G.K. undertakes the procedural contact and work in the accepted appointment scope after the appointment is on record.
Each additional Customs office requires its own notification. The operator's 1 to 2 week estimate starts with a complete appointment pack; Customs determines the record date. Keep the operator informed of changes affecting the appointment.
Changes, cancellations and questions
Contact support@aplash.io when you need to change or cancel agreed work. The written engagement terms and work already undertaken determine the fees, payment adjustments and any refund. Ask for confirmation before adding tasks or offices to the engagement.
For a concern about the service, identify the engagement and the issue so the operator can review it with you. Original site content is supplied to help you evaluate the service; ask permission before commercially redistributing the site's text or illustrations.
